I’m beyond excited to finally share something we’ve been working on behind the scenes for quite a while now. It’s not just another part—it’s a part of a bigger mission. Today, I’m introducing our brand-new Buckle Up Off-Road Blowoff Valve Spacer, and the best part? It’s proudly made right here in the USA.
Over the past year, we’ve invested heavily into our U.S. manufacturing capabilities, especially in our in-house Florida facility. This spacer is one of the first of many products coming straight out of that effort—and I couldn’t be more proud. For me, it's not just about expanding our parts lineup (though yes, we’re doing that too!). It’s about creating something better based on real feedback from real customers—and doing it all while creating and supporting American jobs.
We’ve taken everything you loved about our original BOV spacers and cranked it up a notch. Want a louder turbo sound? Done. Want better compatibility across different EcoBoost engines? You got it. Want it to look as good as it sounds? Oh yeah.
These new BOV spacers feature:

They’re compatible with both OEM and aftermarket charge piping, and installation is a breeze—no special tools or tuning required. Just bolt it on and go.
Oh, and yes, I included sound clips in the video so you can hear it for yourself on all three engine sizes.
I also want to say thank you—so many of you reached out over the past year, giving us suggestions, sharing your installs, and just being part of this community. That feedback directly influenced how we redesigned this product. You helped make this spacer what it is.
