  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages.

  4. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 20% of the product price may be applied to the returned items. The exact fee will be determined based on the condition of the product upon return.

  5. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment, minus any applicable restocking fees.

  6. Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund following the guidelines above.
