It’s kind of wild sitting here realizing we’re just days away from handing over the keys to this two-door Bronco. Like… how did we get here? This build has been such a huge part of my life, my channel, and honestly just my everyday fun, so I figured it was the perfect time to slow things down for a second and relive the entire journey from the very beginning.
When this Bronco first showed up, I already knew one thing, I wanted more power. I don’t even try to hide it anymore, I’m addicted to speed. So one of the very first things we did was throw on the Ford Performance ProCal Calibration tune, and let me tell you… instant transformation. And yeah, I always tell you guys this, but it’s true, the more you drive it, the better it gets because it learns you. But even right out of the gate, the numbers didn’t lie. We shaved serious time off the 0 to 60 and the eighth mile, and for something so simple, it completely woke the Bronco up. It just made it more fun everywhere, on-road and off.

Of course, you know I couldn’t leave it at that. If we’re adding power, we’re taking it off-road. That first trip into the dirt was honestly one of my favorite moments because it’s where you really start to understand a build. And right away, I could feel the difference with the shorter wheelbase, it handled totally different than what I was used to. We even had a little fun lining it up against a Bronco Raptor in the dirt, just messing around, and I was honestly impressed with how well the two-door held its own.

But that first off-road trip also told me exactly what we were missing. It wasn’t fully ready yet. So that kicked off the next phase, recovery gear, winch, all the essentials. Because if you’re going to push your vehicle, you better be ready to get yourself out of trouble too. And yes… we definitely put that to the test. Getting stuck is never the plan, but it happens, and having the right setup made that recovery smooth and honestly kind of fun.

Then came one of my favorite transformations, wheels and tires. We went with the COBB TR-01 Adventure Series wheels, and this is where the Bronco really started to look the part. The stance completely changed. It went from looking good to looking aggressive. I went back and forth on colors, but I’m so happy with how it turned out. It just gave the Bronco that beefy, planted look I was going for, without overcomplicating the setup.

And once it looked the part, you already know what came next… we had to send it. There’s just something about finally putting all your mods to the test and seeing everything come together. Watching Jim get behind the wheel and enjoy it too, that was a full-circle moment. Like, this is what it’s all about, building something and actually using it.

Then came the moment that shocked everyone… announcing the giveaway. This wasn’t just some random decision. This Bronco has been part of everything, the builds, the memories, the channel, and giving it away felt like the best way to give back to all of you who have been along for the ride. And knowing one of you is about to take it over and start your own adventures with it… that’s just really special.

But you know me, I wasn’t done yet. We kept going. Lighting upgrades, custom grille, Oracle headlights, all the little details that bring the whole look together. It’s those finishing touches that really make a build feel complete. And on the functional side, adding the Trigger wireless system was such a game changer, especially without factory aux switches. Clean, simple, and it just works.

Then we circled back to performance again because why not. We added the COBB intercooler and intake, which made a huge difference in keeping power consistent, especially in Florida heat. Everything about this build was intentional, making it not just look good, but actually perform better in every situation.

And finally, we gave it what it should’ve had way earlier… a lift. That alone changed everything off-road. The difference was immediate. Obstacles that gave us trouble before? No problem. It finally felt complete, like everything we had been working toward clicked into place.

So that last off-road trip… that one hit a little different. Knowing it might be the last time I’m behind the wheel out on the trails with it, I just wanted to enjoy it. Put it through its paces one more time, test the articulation, the clearance, just have fun with it. And it delivered. No issues, no hesitation, just a solid, capable, built Bronco doing exactly what it was meant to do.

And now here we are. At the end of the build, and right at the beginning of someone else’s adventure with it.
I’ve said it before, but I really mean it, this community is everything. This build, this giveaway, all of it, it’s my way of saying thank you. So if you’ve been watching, supporting, following along… this is your moment too.
Now all that’s left to do is buckle up… because one of you is about to take this Bronco home.
