For your peace of mind, Shipping Protection and Free Return Shipping are available for an additional cost at checkout.

Shipping Protection

We understand how important it is for your order to arrive in perfect condition. Our Shipping Protection provides coverage in case of damage or theft during transit, ensuring a hassle-free replacement process. If your item is damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no extra cost. If your package is stolen after delivery, we will send a replacement upon verification.

Shipping Protection does not cover minor cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality, packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, or lost packages prior to being marked as delivered. Additionally, damage to hoods, trunks, doors, bumpers, and body kits is not covered. We reserve the right to deny coverage in certain situations at our discretion.

Free 30 Day Return Shipping Policy

We offer Free 30 day Return Shipping for eligible orders within the continental 48 states, provided the Free Return Shipping option was selected at checkout. This applies only to orders shipped within the continental U.S. and does not extend to international orders. Additionally, orders shipped via an Oversize method, including but not limited to hoods, trunks, doors, and body kits, are excluded from free return shipping, even if the option was selected at checkout. If an order does not qualify or if Free Return Shipping was not selected at checkout, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Restocking fees will still apply.

How to File a Claim

To file a claim, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number, photos of the damage (if applicable), and any relevant details. Once we receive your claim, we will process it and arrange for a replacement. In-store credits are only issued in rare cases where a replacement is not possible. Cancelling Buckle Up Free Returns & Shipping Protection

Cancellation of Buckle Up Free Returns & Shipping Protection must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer care team at support@buckleupoffroad.com. Once the product has been shipped with tracking, the protection cannot be canceled or refunded, even if it was added to the order by mistake by the customer.
