The Diode Dynamics Hitch Light comes in two versions for the Bronco – the C1 and the C1R. The C1R, the one I chose, includes a brake light function, adding an extra layer of safety. However, if you're looking to save a few bucks and don't need the brake light feature, the C1 is a more affordable option. The C1R even offers two different braking options – a standard mode and a flashy F1-style strobe brake light.
One of the standout features of the Diode Dynamics Hitch Light is its easy installation. With a plug-and-play application, the entire process took me only about 2 minutes. The package includes the light, a wiring harness, and some decals. There's even an extra wire for those with a four-pin connector, although I didn't need it with my seven-pin tow package.

First, remove the harness part from the seven-pin connector located at the back of the vehicle. Finally, utilize the provided zip ties to achieve proper wire management, ensuring a neat and tidy installation.
