The DS18 BRO-BASS is designed exclusively for the 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Ford Bronco (2-door and 4-door). This is a vehicle-specific enclosure and is not a universal fitment product. Please verify your model year before purchasing. Not compatible with the Ford Bronco Sport.

Installation
The DS18 BRO-BASS is designed as a bolt-in, vehicle-specific installation. The enclosure mounts into the Ford Bronco tailgate using the included hardware, with no permanent vehicle modification required. An external amplifier is required to power the subwoofer and is sold separately. For best results, we recommend professional installation or an experienced DIY installer familiar with 12V audio system wiring. Match your amplifier output to the IXS12.4D's power handling specifications for optimal performance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel your order if it has not shipped. Please reach out to us promptly with your full name, order number, reason for cancellation, and the specific items you wish to cancel. Please note that cancellations are subject to a 10% fee based on the original purchase price. This fee covers expenses incurred from our vendors and credit card processors, reflecting the costs associated with processing your initial transaction.
RETURN POLICY:
We offer a 30 days returns policy (from date of when order was placed). If your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact our customer service immediately and do not install the product. Please take photos of the box and the defective product and do not throw anything away. We are committed to resolving this for you promptly. For all other orders, please note that a restocking fee and shipping charges will apply. International orders are unable to be returned.
RESTOCKING FEES:
Please be aware that all returns are subject to a restocking fee. To determine the specific restocking fee for your return, kindly inquire with your customer support representative. In cases of new a product being returned the restocking fee is 10%. In cases where items exhibit damage, are missing parts, are not in their original condition, or show clear signs of use unrelated to any error on the part of Buckle Up Off-Road, a full restocking fee of up to 50% will be applied. It is essential to verify the compatibility of the selected parts with your vehicle model before placing your order. Should you have any questions, please reach out to us before ordering, as you may be responsible for both restocking and shipping fees. A restocking fee is designed to cover the various expenses associated with processing returns, including transaction fees, shipping costs, and administrative fees. While we strive to maintain a fair and transparent process, we do need to account for these expenses, which is why we have implemented a nominal restocking fee. This fee helps us offset some of the costs incurred, ultimately contributing to maintaining our everyday low prices.
Example: If you accidentally ordered an item, received the package and didn’t open it, you may receive a refund for the item's cost, minus the initial shipping, return shipping, and restocking fees.
RETURN TO SENDER
If a package delivery is unsuccessful due to an insufficient address, vacancy, or if it is returned to sender, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund along with any applicable restocking fees. Customers may choose to pay the shipping cost again to have the package re-delivered.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Clearance and Open Box items, Mount and Balance Wheel & Tire Packages, Used or Installed Items, Special Order Items, Incomplete Items, Items with Incomplete or Damaged Packaging, Engine Internals, Electronics, Body Parts, Oil and Aerosol Items, Ford OEM Genuine Parts, Tune Calibration Devices, Custom Tune Packages, & Wheel Spacers
REFUNDS:
Upon receipt of the returned item, the process and method of issuing your refund will be contingent on the item's condition and the overall order duration. Your refund will be processed subtracting any initial shipping fees, return shipping fees, and restocking fees. If a gift card was utilized, the refund will initially be credited to the gift card, followed by the second form of payment.
Please keep in mind: It may require 5-7 business days for your return to be received, inspected, and processed. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Buckle Up Off-Road cannot issue a refund to an account not on record or any other separate accounts.
For refunds via Credit Card, it may take 3-5 business days to reflect on the customer's end. Refunds through PayPal may take 1-2 business days to show on the customer's end. Gift Card refunds may take 1-2 business days to activate.
SHIPPING:
Buckle Up Off-Road ships via multiple carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL. We cannot guarantee the shipping company used to deliver your products. Your order may be shipped in multiple boxes from different carriers. Orders take 24hrs to process and transit times vary. Shipping cutoff is 2:30pm EST. International orders are subject to higher shipping fees, and we reserve the right to add to it.
Any modifications to an address after the order is placed is subject to a fee. The flat rate fee for a single smaller package is $20, and for larger or multiple packages the fee is not limited to $60.
To prevent fraud, all shipments over $500 must be signed for. We will make three delivery attempts, which must be received by the recipient. Failure to receive the delivery within these three delivery attempts, will result in a shipping charge After the package is redelivered to us as well as a charge to reship the item to you.
International Shipping: We are able to ship internationally but a custom invoice and order will need to be made if the website is unable to process. Please contact support@buckleupoffroad.com and we can further assist. Additional shipping charges will apply and customer is responsible for any additional duties to be paid.

If a product is found to be defective within 60 days of purchase, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or issue an in-store credit of the item. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, improper installation, accidents, modifications, neglect, or damage from exposure to harsh conditions. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
