CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel your order if it has not shipped. Please reach out to us promptly with your full name, order number, reason for cancellation, and the specific items you wish to cancel. Please note that cancellations are subject to a 10% fee based on the original purchase price. This fee covers expenses incurred from our vendors and credit card processors, reflecting the costs associated with processing your initial transaction.
RETURN POLICY:
We offer a 30 days returns policy. If your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact our customer service immediately. We are committed to resolving this for you promptly. For all other orders, please note that a restocking fee and shipping charges will apply. International orders are unable to be returned.
RESTOCKING FEES:
Please be aware that all returns are subject to a restocking fee. To determine the specific restocking fee for your return, kindly inquire with your customer support representative. In cases of new a product being returned the restocking fee is 10%. In cases where items exhibit damage, are missing parts, are not in their original condition, or show clear signs of use unrelated to any error on the part of Buckle Up Off-Road, a full restocking fee of up to 50% will be applied. It is essential to verify the compatibility of the selected parts with your vehicle model before placing your order. Should you have any questions, please reach out to us before ordering, as you may be responsible for both restocking and shipping fees. A restocking fee is designed to cover the various expenses associated with processing returns, including transaction fees, shipping costs, and administrative fees. While we strive to maintain a fair and transparent process, we do need to account for these expenses, which is why we have implemented a nominal restocking fee. This fee helps us offset some of the costs incurred, ultimately contributing to maintaining our everyday low prices.
Example: If you accidently ordered an item, received the package and didn’t open it, you may receive a refund for the item's cost, minus the initial shipping, return shipping, and restocking fees.

REFUNDS:
Upon receipt of the returned item, the process and method of issuing your refund will be contingent on the item's condition and the overall order duration. Your refund will be processed subtracting any initial shipping fees, return shipping fees, and restocking fees. If a gift card was utilized, the refund will initially be credited to the gift card, followed by the second form of payment.
Please keep in mind: It may require 5-7 business days for your return to be received, inspected, and processed. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Buckle Up Off-Road cannot issue a refund to an account not on record or any other separate accounts.
For refunds via Credit Card, it may take 3-5 business days to reflect on the customer's end. Refunds through PayPal may take 1-2 business days to show on the customer's end. Gift Card refunds may take 1-2 business days to activate.
SHIPPING:
Buckle Up Off-Road ships via multiple carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL. We cannot guarantee the shipping company used to deliver your products. Your order may be shipped in multiple boxes from different carriers. Orders take 24hrs to process and transit times vary. Shipping cutoff is 3:30pm EST. International orders are subject to higher shipping fees, and we reserve the right to add to it.
Any modifications to an address after the order is placed is subject to a fee. The flat rate fee for a single smaller package is $20, and for larger or multiple packages the fee is not limited to $60.
To prevent fraud, all shipments over $500 must be signed for. We will make three delivery attempts, which must be received by the recipient. Failure to receive the delivery within these three delivery attempts, will result in a shipping charge After the package is redelivered to us as well as a charge to reship the item to you.
International Shipping: We are able to ship internationally but a custom invoice and order will need to be made if the website is unable to process. Please contact support@buckleupoffroad.com and we can further assist. Additional shipping charges will apply and customer is responsible for any additional duties to be paid.

These mudflaps fit perfect in my 2023 Bronco Badlands stock rockrails. I'm also very pleased with the functionality for cutting down on stone/other chips and still high enough off the ground not to interfere with off-roading activities. They look good and work even better, but just know that this style mudflap is really only meant for the front tires, even though the instructions indicate you can install all 4 in the rockrails. That is true, but the back ones aren't going to do any good if they're installed in the rock rails in front of the tire instead of the back of the tires where mudflaps need to go. Most impoortantly, you'll need a T25 torx bit with a very small right angled ratchet to work in the tight spot for the outer/top screw on the rockrail (see 1st picture) that helps hold the original plastic end cap in that has to come out for the new mudflaps to be installed. You'll also find having a "trim tool" kit very helpful to pull out the underside/inner plastic screw that also helps hold the existing end cap in to the rockrail (you have to get down on the floor and work up underneath and inside the rockrail for that plastic screw). That plastic screw is about 1 1/2 inches long and pulls out kind of hard, but the trim tools work best to remove it carefully. Also, the self-tapping screws they provide with the mudflaps to hold them in worked okay for the underside/inner hole where the plastic screw came out, but you might consider using stainless self-tapping #12 pan-head screws instead for a better fit since the hole is fairly large where the plastic screw came out. Also, I had to re-use the upper/top screw because the ones they provided were too long to get a socket on it in that tight spot. Before installing, I also slid the mudflap in to the rockrail, held it in tightly, and then used the screw to mark a spot in the plastic mudflap where I could pre-drill a somewhat smaller sized hole than the screw itself. This made it way easier to re-install/tighten that upper/top screw that I re-used.
Fits greats, looks great, easy to install. There was a $20+ customs charge I wasn't expecting but overall I'm happy. Let's see if it stops my paint from being chipped.
Easy to install and remove if needed helps keep doors clean
We have a gravel driveway so the Broncos needed the flaps. They are perfect for my Badlands non squatch. Love Buckle up products.
