INSTALLATION
The straightforward bolt-on installation only takes a few minutes and doesn't require any drilling or cutting. Steps can be easily removed when you're out on the trail, allowing for more intense off-roading experiences.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel your order if it has not shipped. Please reach out to us promptly with your full name, order number, reason for cancellation, and the specific items you wish to cancel. Please note that cancellations are subject to a 10% fee based on the original purchase price. This fee covers expenses incurred from our vendors and credit card processors, reflecting the costs associated with processing your initial transaction.
RETURN POLICY:
We offer a 30 days returns policy. If your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact our customer service immediately. We are committed to resolving this for you promptly. For all other orders, please note that a restocking fee and shipping charges will apply. International orders are unable to be returned.
RESTOCKING FEES:
Please be aware that all returns are subject to a restocking fee. To determine the specific restocking fee for your return, kindly inquire with your customer support representative. In cases of new a product being returned the restocking fee is 10%. In cases where items exhibit damage, are missing parts, are not in their original condition, or show clear signs of use unrelated to any error on the part of Buckle Up Off-Road, a full restocking fee of up to 50% will be applied. It is essential to verify the compatibility of the selected parts with your vehicle model before placing your order. Should you have any questions, please reach out to us before ordering, as you may be responsible for both restocking and shipping fees. A restocking fee is designed to cover the various expenses associated with processing returns, including transaction fees, shipping costs, and administrative fees. While we strive to maintain a fair and transparent process, we do need to account for these expenses, which is why we have implemented a nominal restocking fee. This fee helps us offset some of the costs incurred, ultimately contributing to maintaining our everyday low prices.
Example: If you accidently ordered an item, received the package and didn’t open it, you may receive a refund for the item's cost, minus the initial shipping, return shipping, and restocking fees.

REFUNDS:
Upon receipt of the returned item, the process and method of issuing your refund will be contingent on the item's condition and the overall order duration. Your refund will be processed subtracting any initial shipping fees, return shipping fees, and restocking fees. If a gift card was utilized, the refund will initially be credited to the gift card, followed by the second form of payment.
Please keep in mind: It may require 5-7 business days for your return to be received, inspected, and processed. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Buckle Up Off-Road cannot issue a refund to an account not on record or any other separate accounts.
For refunds via Credit Card, it may take 3-5 business days to reflect on the customer's end. Refunds through PayPal may take 1-2 business days to show on the customer's end. Gift Card refunds may take 1-2 business days to activate.
SHIPPING:
Buckle Up Off-Road ships via multiple carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL. We cannot guarantee the shipping company used to deliver your products. Your order may be shipped in multiple boxes from different carriers. Orders take 24hrs to process and transit times vary. Shipping cutoff is 3:30pm EST. International orders are subject to higher shipping fees, and we reserve the right to add to it.
Any modifications to an address after the order is placed is subject to a fee. The flat rate fee for a single smaller package is $20, and for larger or multiple packages the fee is not limited to $60.
To prevent fraud, all shipments over $500 must be signed for. We will make three delivery attempts, which must be received by the recipient. Failure to receive the delivery within these three delivery attempts, will result in a shipping charge After the package is redelivered to us as well as a charge to reship the item to you.
International Shipping: We are able to ship internationally but a custom invoice and order will need to be made if the website is unable to process. Please contact support@buckleupoffroad.com and we can further assist. Additional shipping charges will apply and customer is responsible for any additional duties to be paid.

Needed steps for my kids for our Badlands 4 door, settled on these after some research - reasonable price and good reviews. Very pleased with the Braptor side steps overall. They mounted easily to the factory rock rails as advertised. Like that the logo plate can be removed easily. As another reviewer correctly noted, the 8 mounting bolts could be a bit shorter so they end up closer to flush - they stick down a decent amount. Also took the another suggestion and applied some gorilla tape to the step brackets to protect the rock rails from getting scratched should they get taken on and off a few times. Steps are sturdy. Package arrived quickly, but pretty beat up and looked like the steps were about to slide out the end. They were in bubble wrap and foam blocks so despite the condition of the box they were undamaged. Would definitely recommend these.
Missing hardware to tighten to rock rails
These steps look great on my Badlands Sasquatch and are very functional. The one downside I see is that there isn't any kind of protection the fits between the steps and the rock rails to prevent scratching the rails. They do stick out a little more than expected, but overall, the quality is amazing.
The braptor step fits my bronco perfectly, it securely attaches to my rock rails and serves the function of helping me get in and out. Krista bronco step video really helped me to decide on which step suited my needs and demonstrating the ease of how to install it.
The overall experience with Buckle Up shop website was excellent. I appreciated that my braptor step was shipped out immediately and I was sent an app to track my delivery progress. It made me feel assured and confident that my step would be delivery securely and without delay. I also like the follow-up emails by the Buckle Up team asking questions and to reach out to them if I was not pleased with the item. I will be getting all my Bronco products from Buckle Up…..
I own a Bronco Raptor and I bought these for my daughter who owns a Badlands. Excellent fit and finish and very similar to the OEM finish. Easily supports my full weight of 185 lbs. Do consider picking up some shorter M8 bolts and maybe some 3M tape from your local hardware to a) reduce the exposed bolt length below the side steps and b) to protect the rock rails in case you ever pull these off. Great support from Jim and Krista when I had a small issue; they shipped me new side steps that arrived on the day before Christmas Eve and we are working on the return now. Thank you.
